Q.Are there age requirements?

Admission must be granted to elementary school students and above. Please note that guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (For a fee / Advance reservation required).
Q.Can I enter with infants?

Children of Elementary school age and up are welcome. Also, strollers are not allowed inside the venue. Please check here in advance what items you can bring to the venue.
Q.Can I purchase Today's Ticket on-site?

Tickets can be purchased on-site (cash or credit card payment) only if there are vacancies for the performance times on each day. Please check the website in advance for the availability of same-day tickets.
Q.I want to change the admission date/time, cancel a reservation, receive a refund.

Purchased tickets cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. If you are unable to attend due to reasons such as emergency maintenance on the facility side, we may refund the ticket.
Q.I cannot be on-site by the start time.

Please note that you cannot enter after the reserved time passed.

Q.How long does the experience last?

It takes about 70 minutes. The duration of the experience may change depending on the progress of the performance.
Q.Is there a recess between parts of a performance?

None.
Q.Can I leave early and re-enter midway?

It is not possible to leave early /re-enter midway.
Q.Is there a dress code?

Casual dress and comfortable walking shoes are best for this experience.
Some areas might be dark. There will be no shoes available at the venue.
Q.I left something behind or lost something at the venue.
