■Notes on Visiting:
- All Guests must reserve a date-specific ticket.Tickets can be purchased on-site only if there are vacancies for the performance times on each day.
- All guests must vacate the venue after the performance concludes.(Duration: Approximately 70 minutes, no recess no seating).
- All visitors need to arrive at your check-in time (10 minutes before performance starts). It is not possible to leave or re-enter after entering.
- Anyone will not be allowed to enter if arrived later than the reserved time.
- Please wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking around in dark areas inside the venue during the performance. There is no provision for changing shoes at the venue.
- Please turn off devices that emit radio waves, including all cell phones, or set them to airplane mode.
(Please ensure this setting is done as signals will affect the performance equipment) -
■Please refrain from the following actions inside the venue.
- Bringing in dangerous items, odorous items, fresh flowers, etc.
- Carrying large baggage (strollers, suitcases, umbrellas, etc.)
- Use of auxiliary equipment such as tripods, selfie sticks, flash, etc.
- Obstructing the performers, cheering loudly, running, etc., which may be a nuisance to other guests.
- Entry with pets (excluding assistance dogs such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs)
- Entry if under the influence of alcohol
- Smoking, eating, and drinking (including gum and candy)
- Please comply with other rules regarding entry and use of TOKYO NODE.

Precautions Regarding Performances and Experiences
All visitors are kindly requested to read the following notes.

■Notes on Performance
- Performers will present in the same space as audience.
- You can watch the performance up close from any position you like, however, views may be obstructed by performers or other visitors standing positions.
- Performers may ask customers to direct them to their destination.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that the performance can proceed smoothly.
- Due to the characteristics of the work, this performance includes strong lights, loud sounds, periods of complete darkness, and use of water.
- Photography and video recording (up to 1 mins.) are allowed inside the venue. However, the use of auxiliary equipment such as tripods and selfie sticks, flash equipment, etc. is not permitted.
- Wheelchair users are welcome, but due to the nature of the performance, there are some areas where access is limited.
- In some scenes, you will be able to enjoy the experience wearing 3D glasses or watching through MR (Mixed Reality) glasses. Those under the age of 15 will require parental consent.
- During the experience, the evacuation guide lights in the venue will be turned off for the convenience of the production. In the event of an emergency, the guide lights will be turned on and the staff will guide you. Do not panic and wait for directions from the staff.
- Please note that the organizer will not be held responsible for issues that may occur during the experience.

■Notes on Tickets
- Tickets purchased on the online ticket page can be viewed on the website My Page section. On the day of your reservation, please scan the 2D barcode at the entrance of the venue and enter. Print or redeem tickets in advance are not necessary.
- Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. If it is discovered that a ticket has been resold at an auction,etc., we will refuse admission.
- Those who have purchased a student ticket or child ticket, we may ask you to present your student ID card or verify your age at the entrance of the venue on the day of the event. Please note that guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (For a fee / Advance reservation required).
- Those who have a disability certificate, you can purchase a student (university/high school) ticket.
Please make an advance reservation and present your disability certificate and the 2D code of the purchased student ticket on the day of the event at the 8th floor of Toranomon Hills Station Tower (TOKYO NODE entrance). - All sales are final. Any change the date/time, cancel, or refund are not allowed in any case.

■Notes on Acquisition of Personal Information
- At this performance, guests’ biometric data will be photographed and scanned, and may be used as part of the aspects of the production. In addition, for the purpose of recording and promoting this performance, we will photograph or record the venue during the performance and at the entrance queue. Please also note that materials such as videos, images, and biometric data captured and collected may be used for public relations and advertisements of Mori Building Co., Ltd. and Rhizomatiks (and third parties licensed by them).
